Back in March, we had the pleasure of working alongside Southland Girls' High School to bring their Long Lunch to life. The event welcomed businesses and supporters from across Southland for an afternoon of fundraising in support of the school's new student services area.
From coordinating suppliers and managing the timeline to styling the space and keeping everything on track, we made sure the day ran seamlessly, giving our client the freedom to be present and enjoy the event alongside their guests.
One of the highlights was listening to guest speaker Nadia Lim, her inspiring stories had the room completely engaged. Pair that with beautiful catering, generous sponsors and a community united behind a great cause, and the result was an afternoon people will remember for all the right reasons.
Events like these are a great reminder that successful corporate functions are about so much more than logistics. They're about creating an experience, making your guests feel genuinely looked after, and giving organisers the chance to enjoy the event they've worked so hard to create.
