Christmas at the Races has become one of Southland's favourite and biggest annual events, bringing together 4,000 – 5,000 people for a day of racing, entertainment and festive celebrations. With more than 90 corporate and private marquees, live music, entertainment zones, premium hospitality, great food and a packed race programme, Ascot Park comes alive with a vibrant festival atmosphere that's hard to beat.

Working alongside the Southland Racing Club, we helped coordinate the many moving parts that make an event of this scale possible. From supplier coordination and event logistics through to hospitality spaces, entertainment and guest experiences, our role was making sure everything ran exactly as it should.

The result? Businesses could enjoy hosting clients and teams in premium marquee settings while guests settled in for a day of exceptional catering, fully licensed bars, live entertainment, TAB facilities and front-row views of the racing.
